Love the colors of Halloween. This project is full of fun goodies. Wilma the Witch is painted on (9-in. x 4 ½-in.) arched pumpkin panel and is adhered to a (13 ½-in. x 8 ½-in.) tiered frame board. There is lots of scrapbook paper and trinkets used within this project. Enjoy and Happy Halloween to all!
